Only those who are unsuccessful in reality or harbor resentment, jealousy, or anger are said to be able to use these hypnotic items for just three days. It doesn't cost any money, but under special counseling, only those who measure up to the intensity of their vengeful emotions are allowed to rent the hypnotic items.
