Kota got divorced from his husband when he was a student, and Keiko raised Kota alone. However, when Kota entered university, he could not adapt to school and ended up dropping out and becoming a recluse. Keiko thought that this could not continue, and to get Kota out, she invited him on a hot spring trip.
