Shizuka is asked by her mom friend Kazumi to take care of Kazumi's son Satoshi while Kazumi is in Okinawa for a relative's wedding. Satoshi apparently fell off his bicycle a week ago and was injured, so he can't move around. Shizuka readily agrees, saying 'We help each other out in times of need, so don't worry about it and go.' She promptly goes to Kazumi's house to take care of Satoshi, but ends up making a big mistake due to her enormous breasts!
