Akari, a strong-willed female teacher with a strong sense of justice, catches evidence of the vice principal Sayama's involvement in a bribe and accuses him. Sayama, who is also indicted on another charge and pushed into a corner, incites the troublemaker student Horio and uses dirty tactics to silence Akari.
