Reiko and Shunsuke, who live happily despite an arranged marriage. Shino, the servant, has been in love with Shunsuke since before Reiko married him, and tries to break up their marriage by having Reiko seduced by the gardener, Sanada. For the first time, Reiko is forcibly pursued by a man, and the innocent Reiko is only left in shock.
